We are here to help with advice to make the right purchase the first time. Nobody likes the hassle of returning things.

Pulling all your big items together is not easy.( ie :sofa rug wall color)
Texting us photos of your room is more popular than ever. Thousands of happy customers have taken this option of text only advice on pillows & curtains from our decorators.
We deliver decor options that set a mood & style you want using pillows & curtains! Text your room photos to:718 285-9595
Talking on phone is optional & about half of our clients go with text only advice. We will show you how pillows and curtains can totally transform your home. Our standard service we do for anyone who asks : We will present you 3 mood board with your existing pieces adding curtain & pillow options to pull all your big pieces together.(Mood board follow design direction from the answers to the 5 questions in our evaluation).
Returns
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. We are pretty sure you will love your purchase. After some requests by customers, we have extended the return policy to 30 days from 21 days beforehand. We always provide a full refund if items are received within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds
We will refund you the same day we get your return. At Shop Decorator we take pride in taking care of refunds quickly. We charge a $7 dollar restocking fee on all returns.
Exchanges
