Room Darkening

At Shop Decorator, our drapery is constructed from top-quality heavyweight threads, thickly and tightly woven. Our Room Darkening fabric choice is unlined yet still filters most external light, external noise, and harmful sunrays. Additionally, our curtains help regulate the temperature in your home by keeping the cool air and the heat-generating light out. The backside of Room Darkening curtains are the same print and color as the frontside.

Triple Blackout

When we say blackout, we mean blackout. Our Triple Blackout technology coats the backside of our drapery panels three times with a specially formulated, colorless blackout coating. This ensures our drapes filter 99.9% of external light, even in direct sunlight. Work at night and want to sleep better during the day? Want to sleep better during the night to feel more refreshed during the day? Looking to create the ultimate home theater environment? The possibilities are endless with this much control. The backside of Blackout curtains are white.

General Notes

'Pooling' your drapes, is allowing the last few inches of the drapery panel to rest on the floor. This can add a dimension of luxury.

Ring Top

Rings are not included with the panels giving you the option to purchase your own and customize them. Drapery hooks are included for hooking your drapes onto rings. You can also attach ring top drapes to a traverse rod or motorized curtain rod, you may need additional hardware recommended by the rod manufacturer. Large rings can add to your overall drapery length.

Grommet Top

Grommet top drapes come ready to hang with no additional hardware required besides a curtain rod. When positioning your curtain rod, consider the 1" crown on grommet top drapes which subtract from the length your drapes hang. An 84" long grommet top drape will hang 83" from the top of the curtain rod. The additional inch hangs above the curtain rod.

Great look for a great value

The majority of polyester drapes do not drape well and appear cheap. These hang well, provide good coverage, and virtually blend in with my textured plaster walls, which are painted a light beige color.

Super cute

These are ideal for my requirements. The color was excellent, the texture was perfect, and they were semi-sheer enough to appear decent while yet being substantial. I'm going to order some more.

Looks good and good price

These are really exquisite and lovely. I wouldn't use them in my bedroom because I prefer blackout. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with them; they provide a nice touch to the space.

Love them!

I'm a really particular decorator. You can't go wrong with this set if you require lightweight semi-sheer curtains (I ordered 108 length). The white is practically as white as it gets (I have it near a pure white comforter and it works). There are no blackout curtains. But that was something I didn't desire.

Love these!

There isn't much to dislike about it. Before hanging the panels, I ironed them, and I enjoy how the "natural" hue isn't a harsh white. It has just the proper amount of bohemian design to let natural light in while dimming the brightness on hot summer days.
